(1) Be able to return product on-line. When customer needs to return something, they can click the RETURN icon to fill out an e-return form. Login in & have customer type out the INV # or if they can’t find the INV number, let them search for more than one invoices. Since return is only available within 30 days, selecting INV # out of 30 day return range will first be advised & disable them to continue. We might have to pull out their INVOICE purchase available for them to select what items to return or return all. This final INVOICE purchased items will be enbedded in the e-return form. The form will also include the reason for return, such as have them check box for (1) Won’t fit or don’t like the features, (2) Don’t like the color. (3) Purchased the wrong product (4) unexpected over budget (5) Find better product/price from other place. (6) Defective product upon received. After hit submit, a RMA # will be generated automatically. This RMA # might be able to re-pull by the customer and store in their cookie until sumbit.
If one of the 1-5 is checked, then return procedure (1) will appear & flash in red. If (6) is checked, then
procedure (2) will appear & flash in red.
Procedure (1) After selected your return items, please verify again then submit this e-form. Be sure to write down the RMA # below, then you can prepare to ship back the product in UNUSED condition. If the product has been used or returned without the matching RMA # clearly displayed on the box, then the refund will not be available or not be accepted by our receiving dept. When we receive your return product, we’ll refund the credit immediately and send you the proof of credit by mail within 2-5 days. The credit may take up to 1-2 billing cycle depending on your card provider. Since the computer tracks every thing, the enclosed return items must be the same as in our RMA. Shipping & handling is not refundable. The RMA# is good only for 10 days (shipping time included), therefore, the return must be arrived in our warehouse before then or otherwise not be accepted.
Procedure (2) Please be advised that the defective will ONLY be replaced with a new one & replacement will
be charged first (without shipping and handling) to ensure that we do get the defective back. Upon
received the defective, the credit will be refunded immediately to your card and a proof of credit will be
mailed to you within 2-5 days.
After selected your defective item from the e-return form, please verify again then hit the SUBMIT button.
You must be sure to write down the RMA # below, then you can prepare to ship back the product in
UNUSED condition. If UPS call tag is needed during business hour, the product must be ready for UPS in
two day after submitted the E-RETURN form. After 2 attempts failed from UPS will automatically void this
return or RMA. If the product has been used or returned without the matching RMA # clearly displayed on

sets of RMA #, therefore, if you have other things to return that are not defective, you must fill out

(2) We’ll have two sets of RMA # so we can identify if is regular Return or Defective return.
Defective return requires re-ship without shipping & handling. We can generate the RMA # by the
Date-type-count of the day, such as 0302-R-01 or 0302-D-02.
(3) We need to let them retreat the status of the RMA so they know if it has been take care or not.
(4) We will track their invoice up to 6 or 12 month on the second chart, but can only open detail invoice
within the 30 days return period. Selecting invoice out of 30 days will get a pop up message stating that this
invoice is over 30 days return period and is not refundable at this time.
